Position Summary
Property Management Firm is seeking a Part time Resident Property Manager for their Project Based Section 8 affordable properties located throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities/Job Duties
Clean and Maintain property
Perform unit inspections
Collect rent
Report maintenance requests and repairs
Enforces Lease and House rules
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience as a Property Manager in Project Based Section 8
Must be able to efficiently communicate verbally and written.
Required to live on site; apartment factored into your compensation.
