JOB TITLE: Warehouse Order Puller
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Accurately issue bar codes, pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring all items are correct and undamaged.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working in the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds), squatting, repetitive motion working in inclement weather, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
