Job Title: General Laborer / Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator
Job Type: Full-Time
Location:  Santa Fe Springs

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer who is certified or experienced in operating a stand-up forklift. This dual-role position involves supporting warehouse operations through material handling, shipping/receiving, and general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift (reach truck or order picker) to move, stack, and organize products and materials.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers.
• Perform general warehouse duties including packing, labeling, and inventory control.
• Assist with receiving shipments and checking for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and moved.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, sorting, and stacking materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Help clean and maintain warehouse work areas, equipment, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift required (certification preferred or provided).
• Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or industrial setting.
• Exposure to temperature variations, dust, and loud noise.
• PPE (personal protective equipment) must be worn as required.

Pay Rate:$20
Shift: Monday through Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
